Some of us wouldn't know about Tom Ford if it were not for Jay-Z's titled track. Best known for his work as a fashion designer, you would guess that he's also a creative renowned film director.

Ford created the movie "A Single Man" that was well received in the film industry and now, he is premiering his latest big screen effort — Nocturnal Animals.

The movie stars Jae Glyllenhaal and Amy Adams and is expected to premier at the Tornoto international Film Festival. Nocturnal Animals is based off of Austin Wright’s 1993 novel Tony and Susan, with the film adaptation written by Ford himself. Susan (played by Adams) becomes engrossed in a book manuscript her ex-husband wrote which depicts his family vacation that went astray with violence. Susan then discovers some truths about herself and her previous marriage.

Since universal studies bought the film for $20 million dollars, expectations are high. Hopefully, the movie will come out in select theaters so that we can see Mr. Fords directing side.
