On Tuesday evening, House of Sweden, GLINT, and Made in the District came together for a night of equality, diversity, and creativity at "Sunset at Sweden." Sunset at Sweden was based around an art installation at the House of Sweden, "Next Level Craft." The exhibition tells the tale of craft from Sweden, mixing voguing, street art, high fashion, pop culture and electronic music. Our guests enjoyed the work displayed from the renowned young Swedish artist, Aia Judes, over drinks and fellowship. Over 40 different crafters and designers were featured, all with the intention to spread knowledge and increase interest in craft traditions and skills amongst children and young adults. Watch the recap video for Sunset at Sweden below.
