Rising up from seemingly nowhere, artist River Tiber is riding his recent wave of success. Born Tommy Paxton-Beesley, the 24-year old is now everywhere. Born and raised in Toronto, Tiber works from a home studio built up with everything you might need to lay down some tracks.
Tiber has been studying music professionally his entire life, giving him the ability to tap into all aspects of music when he’s creating his own, or collaborating with others. This ability and overall attention to detail recently landed him a spot on Drake’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
It was through that spot on Drake’s album that fans took notice to the incredible talent coming from Tiber. They also positively received the sampling of Tiber’s unreleased track, “No Talk,” which wound up on Drake’s album under the title “No Tellin.”
Though Tiber’s past collaborations relied heavily on just instrumentals, it is clear fans want to hear more of his voice and what he has to offer them. If you’re in the market for a new artist, be sure to check out River Tiber.
