The first weekend of the Coachella Music and Art Festival was one for the books. Guns N' Roses performed with AC/DC's Angus Young, Ice Cube graced the stage with some members of N.W.A, Kesha performed, and none other than the island queen herself, Rihanna, joined Calvin Harris on stage. Although, the performances are an important part of Coachella, the fashion statements made every year are worth being addressed. Behind goalie Holtby's 41 saves, the hometown Washington Capitals were able to beat the Flyers 4-1 in Game 2 Saturday night to take a 2-0 series lead. The Flyers pushed hard right away and generated some good chances in the early minutes. The Capitals went without a shot on goal for the first six minutes of the game. The Flyers outshot the Capitals 42-23 and dominated for much of the game but like always, the Caps were able to provide instant offense. The series shifts to Philadelphia for Game 3 on Monday night. "It is absurd that in Brooklyn, New York -- where I was born, actually -- tens of thousands of people as I understand it, have been purged from the voting rolls," said Democratic candidate, Bernie Sanders. In his words, Tuesday's voting process was a "disgrace." Over 125,000 were turned away from the rolls in the New York primary. Some voters were removed due to moving out of the borough and others were removed due to bounce back mail. Additionally, 70,000 voters were taken off from the rolls due to not voting in the past two federal elections; thus labeling them inactive. This all came in addition to long lines, understaffing and forcing voters to cast an affidavit. Needless to say Clinton pulled out strong victory in New York behind the shocking support of many African-Americans and women. Trump also pulled out an easy victory.
