Louis Vuitton goes anime

Louis Vuitton's spring/summer collection "Series 4" has gone anime. Nicolas Ghesquiere, the creative director of Louis Vuitton, announced the collection via Instagram. Louis Vuitton will be collaborating with Japanese video game artist Tetsuya Nomura for the campaign. 

According to Vogue, Nicolas Ghesquiere was inspired by the digital world including, Minecraft, Tron and Wong Kar sci-fi. He chose to work with Tetsuya Nomura who is well known for his role in the "Final Fantasy" and "Kingdom Hearts RPG" video game industry. 

The campaign will also feature a soundtrack by Keiichiro Shibuya, known for his skills in the digital pop industry. Ghesquiere is committed to working with a versatile line up to create a one-of-a-kind campaign.
