By STERLING G.

Pusha T and Chris Brown, largely respected artists in their respective genres, both dropped their albums on Friday. Virginia couldn't be prouder.

Pusha T didn't disappoint with his sophomore debut, "Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude." Push's familiar, gritty delivery complimented flawlessly with head-knocking production from the likes Timbaland, Kanye West and many more. The album also has features from A$AP Rocky, Kanye West, Beanie Sigel, The-Dream and others.

In the wake of gaining custody of his daughter, Royalty, earlier this year, it was only right for Chris Brown to entitle his seventh studio album in her name. This album provides a more introspective look into Brown's vulnerability and frustrations with the music industry, past relationships, and of course parenthood. The album features few appearances from notable artists--the biggest name being Future.

Once again, another Friday with quality music being dropped. So once you get off work or school, take the time to listen to these dope projects--you won't be disappointed.
