Three years ago, KITH founder, Ronnie Fieg, began noticing that the smallest sizes of his wares were selling out first, and that he had a significant number of orders addressed to female names. Realizing that women were walking around in KITH menswear, Fieg decided to create a womenswear collection.
Looking for a fresh collection, Fieg was adamant that the womenswear would not just borrow from the menswear pieces.
The debut collection features over 60 seasonless, solid-colored athleisure looks made from lightweight and super-soft materials such as Japanese ponte knit fabric and French satin. Going one step further, KITH women's line is set to open its very own Manhattan flagship designed by Brooklyn design studio, Snarkitecture, which will sit directly opposite the menswear store.
The collection drops December 19 and will be available from KITH online, or you can head over to 64 Bleeker Street yourself.
